Useful information on payment, returning goods, and data protection.
For shipping, the cost is €10.00. Items are delivered by private courier service worldwide. Delivery time varies from 5 to 12 days after the consumer submits the order.
Merchandise will be delivered while supplies last.
Goods can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Cartasì), Paypal and Bank Transfer. Our sales contract becomes effective only after the expiration of 14 days after receipt of the goods. The prices quoted already include the currently applicable VAT. Any regulatory changes concerning changes in VAT or other sales taxes will result in an adjustment in the packing slip. Invoices are not issued unless requested in conjunction with the order accompanied by the Fiscal Code and VAT Number (Art. 22, Presidential Decree 633/72 VAT).
You have 14 business days from delivery of the goods to return items you are not satisfied with to us. Only unworn or used items kept in the original packaging are accepted. In case of return of used or worn goods, we will send the new pair only after receiving a new payment.

The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our shipping error.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. DESIPAK s.r.l. will proceed, as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to refund the sums paid by the user, including, in the case of a total return without replacement, the shipping cost contribution.
