WHY THIS NOTICE
Through consultation of the site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. This page describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This notice is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data to those who interact with the DESIPAK SERVICE web services, accessible electronically from the address: www.DOMINIO.it
This statement is made only for the DESIPAK SERVICE website and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. The disclosure is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European data protection authorities, meeting in the company established by Art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.
TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
* Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its correct operation and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present web contact data do not persist for more than seven days.
* Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary disclosures will be progressively reported or displayed on pages of the site set up for particular on-demand services.
* Cookies
No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard.
No use is made of cookies for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users, used.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The so-called session cookies used in this site avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially prejudicial to the privacy of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.
MODE OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed by automated means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the offices indicated above and at the server farm operated by DESIPAK SERVICE via del Ponte,3 – Loc. Badia A Elmi (Ingr.2) – 53037 San Gimignano – Siena, are only handled by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data from the web service is disclosed or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who submit requests for information material to be sent to them are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose (shippers or carriers are cited as examples).
OPTIONALITY OF PROVIDING DATA
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data given in the request forms. Failure to provide them may result in the inability to obtain what has been requested.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
